Run Girl Run

Good Day:

 

Well, I ran the Wharf to Wharf race (6 miles) in 1 hour 4 minutes on Sunday.  My goal was 1 hour so it’s right about on schedule.  http://www.wharftowharf.com/

Next weekend is the San Francisco Marathon http://www.runsfm.com/home.html

I’ve going to challenge the half marathon at 13.1 miles.
